"Do share" situations

We may share nonpersonal aggregate statistics (at a groupwide level) and data about our site visitors' traffic patterns with related parties.

We do share students' personal information with their schools (our partner universities) and related US government authorities, such as the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, and local embassies and consulates.

At each partner university's request, we cc or bcc them on our individual emails with their students as well as mass group announcements.

We do keep participants' records even after program completion in compliance with federal regulations (22 CFR S62.14). We do keep necessary registrant information even after account closure for statistics purposes.

We do share applicants' information for necessary situations, such as with host organizations for host assignments, the bank for account matters, the health insurance company regarding insurance plan subscriptions, and the housing facility where students reside for accommodation arrangements.
